    About us

sanda-picture-croppedOur objective is to provide the one-on-one contact and personalized service that every person seeking legal help deserves. The Nettleton Law Firm offers unbundled services as well as traditional fee representation.   These arrangements allow Sandra to be the Working Man’s attorney offering affordable options for each case and client. I bring with me life experiences to apply to each individual and each case solving their particular set of circumstances. I am a former Captain in the US Air Force and an engineer who has raised two children while working full time, most of that as a single mother. Everyone needs help now and then and I am here to help. If I do not believe I have the experience or expertise to help with a particular problem, I will recommend someone who does have that expertise.

    Legal Lesson of the Day

Today’s Legal Note:     Scratch-off lottery ticket vending machines were not slot machines

Use of vending machines to dispense scratch-off lottery tickets did not transform lawful sale of tickets into unlawful use of a slot machine; there was no element of chance in operation of machine.
